Heather Baldwin is the cover-up queen at TNT Tattoo and the manager who keeps the shop running. She's been doing this long enough to look at almost any existing tattoo and tell you, honestly, what it'll take to fix it.
Her favorite cover-ups are the ones with stories. The ex's name turned into a peony bouquet. The garage flash piece from 2009 reborn as a clean neo-traditional bird. The faded tribal that becomes a rosary draped through roses. Heather doesn't judge what's already on your skin. She helps you decide what you'd rather it be.
Outside of cover-ups, she works in florals, neo-traditional, birds with roses, anatomical hearts, rosary pieces, wolves with flowers — anything where surgical linework and feminine composition matter. Her portfolio reads like a quiet rebellion against generic flash.
